Do I need to count or sort my clothes before giving them to the rider?

Not at all! You can hand over your clothes in a laundry bag or basket. Our rider will provide you with a digital receipt, and once your garments reach our Sector 23 facility, each item is tagged, counted, and inspected under high-definition cameras.

When do I pay for my order?
